Labour Culture of Federal Penitentiary Service Employees

The article considers the complex concept of "culture of labour" to improve the working conditions of employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service. At the same time, it was established that in domestic and foreign economic literature there is no generally accepted definition of "culture of labour", especially in terms of employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service. The reason for this is the polysemantic nature of the concept of "culture" and accordingly the multidimensionality of the culture of labour.
