Efficiency of life cycle contract in railway automation and telemechanic

To decide the feasibility of using outsourcing technologies and a life cycle contract for the production process of technical operation of railway automation and telemechanic systems, the authors propose a method to assess the localization level of production of railway automation systems at the operating facility of the railway line. The localization level is calculated based on the life cycle cost of these systems.

Construction of computing methods of railway stations based on system approach

The article reveals the problem of correct constructing of computing methods of railway stations. The authors introduce a new principle of correctness - the coincidence of the functional role of the calculation element in reality and the model. For a station, the functional role is the structural support of the process operation. And the paper considers the existing computing methods of yards and yards necks. The ways of their improvement are proposed.
