The recurrence equations for voltage and AC strength estimate on counting of the measured value in the automated systems of dispatching control (ASDC) are presented. The dependence of the dynamic component of the estimate error of mean square value of the duration of the measurement is considered.

Asymptotically optimal algorithms and their noise immunity in optimization problems for stochastic dynamical systems at influence of correlated noisy signals with arbitrary known distribution law

On the basis of the algorithm of maximum likelihood in the asymptotic Markov approximation the analytical equations for the output effect of the optimum (quasioptimum) filtering device are received. This device provides the maximum possible signal-to-noise ratio (suppression of non-Gaussian noise, decorrelation of noise and optimum matched filtering of a signal in white Gaussian noise).

Analytical description of movement of freight across the car with relative acceleration at influence of planar system of forces

For the first time in the theory of fastening of solid-state freight the case when the freight makes the movement relative to the floor of the car with the set acceleration and at this moment its speed is also known is considered. Results of the analytical description of movement of freight relative to the car are stated. It is established that at the accounting of force of inertia in the relative movement there will be less shift of freight across the car, lengthening and efforts of each flexible element.

The new rectifier-inverter transducer converter for AC traction rolling stock with the high power characteristics in a traction mode

The force diagram of the rectifier-inverter transducer of an electric locomotive on the basis of power IGBT modules and its control system are described. Such upgrading allows to reduce considerably the reactive power of an electric locomotive at the expense of the change of an angle of phase shifting between input current and voltage, therefore, to increase electric locomotive power factor in a traction mode.

Application of cognitive modeling methodology for the assessment and the analysis of human factor influence on the train operation safety and the safety of production processes on transport

The possible approach to model construction of the human influence assessment on the functioning of the man-machine systems based on the cognitive modeling methodology is considered. The formalization of procedures for the human influence analysis in the "man-technical system-operational environment" system for their further integration into the risk management system introduced currently in JSC "RZD", will allow to increase the quality and risk analysis assessment, and, respectively, to provide the required level of safety on a railway transport.

Stability of the geometric shape of the contacting surfaces of wheel and rail

The problem of increase in a resource of railway wheels and rails is considered. In contrast to known methods it is proposed to exclude break-in modes with high initial wear rate by giving the tread of geometric shape of natural wear-and-tear which corresponds to the wear resistance maximum. Determination methods of optimal forms are constructed on variational principles.
