Analytical formulae for definition of constraint force depending on geometric parameters (inclination angles of contact surfaces) of friction pairs in the spring-actuated and frictional mechanism of a freight car are received.
The reasons of formation of contact fatigue defects (codes 10, 11, etc.) in a rail head on direct railway sections as a result of impact action of a wheel on a rail are considered. Measures for increase in a rail operation life, its reliability improvement and reduction of failure number for these defects are offered.
The classification of engineering and geological factors was carried out. The task of the dispersive analysis of an assessment of the importance of each factor of extent of influence on an indicator estimating a condition of a railway track on the basis of the analysis and systematization of report data (PU 32 form) of indications of track measuring cars of the railways of JSCo "RZD" was put and solved.
