The possibility of reclaiming actions with application of the biopreparation fertilization traditionally used in agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan is analysed. The investigations were carried out by a series of small plot multiple-factor annual field experiments. The results showed the possibility of using of this method in the field of reclaiming of oil-contaminated soil.

The basic problems of organization of bulk freight traffic in stages of making up and braking up of freight flow as well as during delivery to terminal points are considered. The technological aspects of organization of transport called to optimize the interaction parameters of the owners of infrastructures of railway and industrial transport, carriers and operators of rolling stock, freight generating realm are described.
The issues of study and the analysis of reliability characteristics of the production process in station subsystems are considered. The nature and laws of failure distribution in the freight station subsystems were investigated. Analysis of production processes on the freight stations showed that the existing formulae overestimated results of the evaluation of the car waiting time of the service beginning. Formulae allowing to do a more accurate time estimate of car servicing waiting in production subsystems of a freight station were developed.
The problem formulation of current plan calculation of conveyance of local cars for reference stations of a section is given, a method for its solution on basis of mathematical model of mixed-integer programming is proposed. A variant of calculation of the plan taking into account the planning results of handling passenger and freight through-running trains is considered.
A quality evaluation method of the calculated curves of freight train operation on the span at the random time taken which can be used at layout into block sections and for the evaluation of economic losses at various ways of interval traffic control as a result of train deviations from optimal speed curve, as well as for solving other tasks was developed. The variable hourly costs for train operation on the given span are used as an optimality criterion.
The basic training methods of metro operatives are considered. In order to improve the training system of metro operation personnel the System of automated knowledge test of train traffic controllers of metro is offered. The functions and principles of system operation are described. The effectiveness of the system implementation is shown.
The methods of estimate of efficiency of dispatcher's control systems at the operation stage are offered. In contrast to the known methods based on the evaluation of reliability and isolated system safety, the proposed methods allow to take into account operational load distribution on the subdivision, the effect of the structure of dispatcher control system, processes of formation and transmission of signals, etc. The application of methods developed in the article will improve the objectivity of the evaluation of the operational efficiency of dispatcher control systems.

The usability of a method of principal components to the calculation analysis of stress-strain state of car wheel pair is shown. Statistical estimation allows to specify the reliability indices of wheel pair. Using mathematical models of a method of principal components it is possible to predict the bearing capacity press-fit connection of a wheel and an axle of car wheel pair.
Materials concerning the development of future-proof design of the parking brake of freight and passenger cars with its control from the locomotive driver's cab are submitted. Calculations for the characterization of its basic parameters are presented. This development is recommended to research institutes and car-building enterprises to its further inquiry and possible introduction.
The derivation of linearized equations of multiaxis truck movement with the force of elastic deformation of wheels and rails in the contact zone, which are various for different wheels, is submitted. The expression for the critical speed of truck movement is determined with Hurwitz criterion, and from this expression it is possible to determine the analytic connection between the dimensions of defects of truck running gears and additional forces of inertia generated by these developing defects which can theoretically prove restrictions on the permissible dimensions of defects that lead to the appearance of additional forces of inertia.
