The mathematical model of liquidation system of consequences of extreme situations on a railway transport is considered. This model allows at a planning stage to define parameters of extreme situations and to estimate volume of forthcoming work on their liquidation. The method of "minimal element" of transport problem is used, it ensuring the time reduction of liquidation of consequences of extreme situations.
Typical instruction ’I 2-081/4-1 "Testing in conditions of the climate cell of CM 10/40-250 Š’V‘ the migration of chemical substances from the constructional and finishing materials used in a passenger railway complex" is developed. Sanitary-chemical tests of polymer-containing materials with a calculation of sanitary safety factor are carried out.

The author offers approximate method of analysis of a frequency spectrum of natural transverse vibrations of isotropic rectangular plates if there are the efforts in a median plane. This method is based on the effective assignment of approximating functions. For their construction the self-adjoint one-dimensional differential equations which parameters are optimized are used. The objective of a parameter variation is the reduction of the basic system matrix of the linear algebraic equations to a diagonal kind using the method of Bubnov-Galerkin.

Geomorphological and hydrodynamical conditions of road bed washouts of the main highway of Sakhalin are considered. The main transport artery of Sakhalin - the highway Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - Okha - is subject to washout on the site from 104 to 109 km. One of the main reasons of destruction of coast is deficiency coastal beach forming deposits.
Analytical estimations of critical speeds of the railway wheel pair movement following from conditions of its transverse motion stability are resulted. For this purpose the expressions of angular speed of nutation were received. The nutation is due to vertical irregularity of rails which generates the gyroscopic precession of wheel pair around a vertical axis. The received estimations of critical speeds obviously depend on the geometrical description of a vertical grading of track and the parameters describing deterioration of roll surfaces of wheels and rails.
The methodological approach to guarantee of delivery of material resources in a logistical circuit by the certain term is described. Variants of terminal service of transport means in view of use of rolling stock and multichannel systems of service are examined in detail. Recommendations for ways of process acceleration for guarantee to meet a deadline are given.
