Geoenvironmental protective means from the influence of the harmful substances entering into the composition of an organic mineral complex and neutralizing the pollution by phenol, oil products and heavy metal ions are offered. The nepheline anthropogenic product is used for absorption of heavy metal ions, polyacrylonitrile fiber heat-treated at 300°Ñ serves as the geoenvironmental protection from oil pollution, a slaked lime is applied for pollution abatement from phenol.
The use of an integral index of an assessment of the working conditions (including an indicator of job hazard on the workplace, the traumatic level of workplaces and an indicator of supply of personal protection equipment) is offered for an integrated assessment of working conditions at the enterprises of the railway transport.

The assessment of the negative environmental impact at the expense of formation of slag in the course of combustion of solid fuels is made. Calculations for 19 types of fuel of various deposits in the territory of Russia at their combustion in layered coppers of Kirovets and KE brands with different capacities are given. Also for convenience of comparison of negative impact from the slag formed in the course of fuel combustion in coppers the concept of an eco-score is used.

The structures and principles of operation of two- and three-level autonomous voltage inverters are presented. The distinctive features of their operation as a part of electric drives with the direct control system of the moment of the asynchronous motor are shown. The transients in electric drives are considered at a short circuit of power keys or disappearance of control impulses from their gates. The comparative assessment of losses in power keys of inverters is carried out.
According to requirements of Civil Code RF the self-regulating construction organizations are to conduct certifications of engineers and technicians for issue of the competency certificate. The principal models of personnel certification are considered, and the practice of certification in SRO uniting the railway construction organizations, such as NPP SRO "MOOZhS" and NPP SRO "OSOTK", is analyzed in the article. The influence of railway higher education institutions on formation of Uniform system of certification is studied.
